UTV Radio (GB) is part of UTV Media plc, one of the most successful media groups in the UK and Ireland incorporating Television, Radio and New Media. 

We are one of the largest radio groups in the UK with our national station talkSPORT based in London and 16 independent local radio stations throughout England, Scotland and Wales.  Our radio operations in Ireland make UTV Media the largest radio player in Ireland with stations broadcasting in Belfast, Cork, Limerick, Dublin, Drogheda and Dundalk.  Our radio assets also include stakes in 5 of the UK’s digital radio multiplexes.

In 2008 we launched a new local station in Preston, Central Radio and we also haveplans for our second national station talkRADIO.  These are exciting times for the group who are committed to expanding operations and are consistently linked with new radio opportunities in the trade press.
